Golf Bag Rain Cover

Interested in a golf bag rain cover?  When it starts to rain, you’re going to need a golf bag rain cover so that your clubs don’t get all wet.  You also don’t want the inner lining of your golf bag to get mucked up either.  Now there are many different types of covers you can get, you can get those that completely cover the clubs from head to toe, you can get ones that just cover the top of your clubs or you can get an umbrella that covers the whole lot.

We’re going to be looking at all of those options so that you can figure out which is the best golf bag rain cover for you:

1.  Drizzle Stik Flex Umbrella

Here’s one option to keep your clubs dry, it is a black and white umbrella, it has a long shaft which you simply slide into the golf bag and at the top of it is a tiny umbrella.  This is a flexible umbrella too, the shaft can be shifted about so that it is easier to get to your clubs and so that you can protect your clubs from rain at different angles.  This goes for $14.99 on Amazon.

2.  Rain Wedge Premier Golf Bag Rain Cover

Here’s a small covering that just covers the top of your bag so that no rain will drip into it.  It is 42”L x 2.5”W when it’s not being used and its made of durable, waterproof rip-stop nylon.  There are grip clips and a handle strap on this that help to keep this firmly attached to your golf bag, Velcro straps also add additional adjustability.  This can be used on almost any golf bag as well.

This thing goes on and comes off easily and opens and closes with one hand as well, you can even just use your elbow to pull the cover back so you keep your hands dry when getting at a club.

Flexible stays help to keep the cover up and away from the club heads to allow the clubs and grips to stay dry.

The good thing about this over an umbrella is that it’s not going to be affected by windy weather, it really stays in place.  This sells for $19.95 on Amazon.

3.  ProActive Sports EZ-Dri Rain Cover

Now if you just want something to cover the golf clubs and the golf bag, you can go for something like this.  It is made out of see-through vinyl and has Velcro fasteners and is very easy to put on and take off.  This works best with a push/pull golf cart and costs $10.95 at Amazon.

So if you’re looking for a golf bag rain cover, those are pretty much your options.  Do make sure to look around more as you may find another golf bag rain cover you like elsewhere.
